Questions
- Do our members need an account?
- Only if they want to log scores or manage their membership. Anyone can browse your public page, see events, and sign up for updates without one.
- How do payments work?
- Each club connects its own Stripe account, so dues and entry fees go straight to your bank — we never hold your money. You can also just record cash and cheque payments.
- Can we use our own domain?
- Every club starts at yourclub.myarcheryclub.com with a secure certificate. Custom domains (yourclub.org) are on the roadmap.
- What does it cost?
- It's free while we're in early access — no card required. Paid plans for larger clubs will come later, and there'll always be a free tier.
- We already keep everything in spreadsheets. Is it hard to switch?
- No. Create your club, add a membership plan, and paste in your roster. You can move over one part at a time — start with the website, add scoring later.
